Cancelled Orders: As we are vigilant in our efforts to ensure authentic transactions and protect our customers, there is a 24hr - 48hr delay in processing your order.  We use this window to verify funds and the transaction.  You are able to cancel your order within this window without issue.  However, once you order has been verified and the order is in processing, you can not cancel.  If you no longer want the item, the return/exchange in question will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policies.

Associated Fees: By making a purchase at, you are accepting responsibility for ALL associated fees (including credit card processing fees) incurred by us while processing your payments including our administrative costs should your payment be rejected by either of our financial institutions through no fault of our own.

Shipping Restrictions:  There are certain Brands that only ship to our US Customers.  If you are an International Customer and an item from your order falls into this category, you will be notified by email and a refund for that portion of your order will be refunded.  All policies still apply.
